This last week has been taken up spiking and building bents for the trestles. I've got all of them done (except for NBWs) and I've started on the abutments and making the workbench cuts for them to fit.
This week is a complete change of pace (I need to do something different for a bit) with the weather starting to turn, I'm planning on pulling out my table saw (contractor's style so I operate it outside) and doing some framing work for the DCC system and related circuits, support work for the new lighting system, and fascia work for the layout so that I can start mounting cut out switches and pull knobs. In addition, I'm going to start marking track for feeder drops and run the power buses around the network.
